“insertcasa.com” is a web site proposing real estate properties for sale in Spain, mainly on the Costa Blanca and in the Alpujarras (Granada Province between the Sierra Nevada and the Mediterranean). Those properties are for sale within the frame of a network of trustworthy property agents (“correspondents”), whose quality of work and reliability have been tested by the webmaster (i.e. your servant).
Since 2002, my wife and I regularly spend holiday on the isle of Rügen. The explanation is simple: in Madrid, three to four months each year, we have stifling temperatures, some 35°C - 95°F in the shadow. And during some three weeks, they pass over 38°C to sometimes reach 42°C - 108°F. OK, it is not Abu Dhabi, but still… Additionally, we sometimes live up to eight months without seeing a drop of rain. I am of Swiss origin, and I like to see a shower of rain, not too much, but from times to times. In Rügen, during three weeks in summer, we receive once or twice such a shower, free, no price supplement. In summer, a real luxury for people living in Madrid. Now, do not worry: the rest of the time, the summer weather is beautiful in Rügen.
With the years, I noticed that I was not the only one loving this kind of holidays. Thus, I started a cooperation with serious property agents in Rügen, a mecca for German tourism since the beginning of the 19th century (under all regimes). As usual, I offer properties supplied by agents I personally know, and in which I fully trust. In the real estate business, there always is a lot of money involved, and I would never collaborate with unknown partners, just for an affiliate commission.
