How to visit ?

In which language can I visit ?
In German and in Russian without any problem. Both my correspondents have also
"had" English at school, but they had few opportunities to practice. Else, I use to be there between
July 20th and August 10th approximately, and I am always glad to meet visitors and translate,
on previous appointment.
How to buy a property in Germany ?
Fundamentally, relying on your property agent, above all if he is INSERT
correspondent. I may one day write a guide about the subject but… not right now.

The directory of German notary chamber, where you will find adresses of English and other languages speaking speaking notaries: http://www.deutsche-notarauskunft.de/adressen/deutsches_notarverzeichnis_en.asp.
In the line “local chamber of notaries:” simply introduce the name of the “Land”
interesting you (for Rügen, it is in Mecklenbourg-Pommerania) and on the line “language for drawing up documents”, introduce your
preferred language, then click on “search”.
To make it easier (in English), I looked for the English speaking notaries and found only two,
the nearest in Bad Doberan (120 km. from Rügen), the notary Ulrich Braunert: http://www.braunert-bad-doberan.notare-in-mv.de/;
under “weiteres”, he states that he speaks English.
Eventually, typing “How to buy a property in Germany” on your preferred search
engine, you will find many informations, in your preferred language.
